            Delegates Fragale and Lawrence move to amend the bill:

             on page 3, section 12b, line 14, following the word “of” by striking the word “$20" and reinserting the word “$10"; and

            On page 3, section 12b, line 14 following the word “canceled” by striking the words “and shall pay a recording fee of $10 to the clerk of the county commission.”
